Bakingoven-tiles
A very special application of Fydro glassfibre-concrete is the bakingoven-tile. In bakery-ovens bread is baked on these tiles. Fydro has developed for this use a special concrete-matrix with glass-reinforcement which can stand up to temperatures to 450 °C.
The product
FydroFire® bakingoven-tile
Since 1997 Fydro has introduced a special product into the market: de FydroFire bakingoven-tile. At the request of a leading German bakingoven-producer Fydro has developed a baking-tile, which meets with the high mechanical and physical burdening in bakery-ovens.
Produced of glassfibre-concrete and a bearing capacity with temperatures up to 450° C. The tiles are completely mineral and provided with a so-called Lebensmittelrechtliche Unbedenklichkeitserklärung, and thus applicable in the food-industry without any restriction.
After the introduction of other types of glassfibre-concrete baking-tiles, each developed for a specific type of oven, the FydroFire bakingoven-tiles proof to be most successful. In the meantime the tiles have found their way all over the world and every day millions of people eat bread that has been baken on our tiles.
Our tiles are delivered according to the exclusive bakingspecifications and dimensions of the bakingoven-producer. Included into our service in this field is advice, product-development and just-in-time delivery world-wide.

Range of products
The range of products consists of different types of baking-tiles with each of them having their specific baking-properties, which are suitable for different baking-ovens.
Dimension: up to maximum 1.250x4.000 mm; all baking-tiles are delivered cut to size.
Thickness: 12, 13, 15, 20 en 25 mm, different thicknesses can be supplied on request.
Surface structures: smooth and pyramidical
Colours: brown and grey, other colours available.
Border-finish: normal, borderbias and bordermilling.
Tunneloventiles: delivered on specification.
